ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Candidates who have cleared 10+2 with the minimum prescribed percentage of marks fulfil AU eligibility criteria for UG course admissions . Candidates who possess a graduation degree with the minimum percentage of marks as prescribed by AU meet eligibility criteria for PG course admissions .


ADMISSION PROCESS

Andhra University conducts two major exams for admission in different UG and PG courses – AUCET (for courses related to subject areas such as Science, Commerce, Humanities, Mass Communication, Teaching, etc.) and AUEET (for Engineering courses).

Besides, the university also accepts scores of other national/ state level entrance exams for UG and PG admissions (as mentioned below). It may be noted that admission process for some of these courses requires candidates to appear for a counselling session also.
