Haii,my neetpg rank is 14364.i belong to obc category,is there any chance of getting dnb general medicine or dnb derma in telangana state

With your rank it is very much possible for you to get into MD and DNB in both O&G or Optha because the cutoff rank for the most prominent colleges in India from past 2 years is 59934.
As you got less rank than that, you can easily get into the first round counselling of the colleges
