Hallo sir I completed my graduation in commerce now in decided to do MBA .but I am confusing which one is best for mba
For B.com student MBA Finance is suitable. If you have at least 2 years working experience in the field of Accounting after your B.com then you may go for MBA Finance otherwise I advise you to go for General MBA because it will remain open your jobs opportunities rather than MBA in specific field.
A lot of MBA Courses have been offered by universities whether it is Distance or Regularyou can choose from it that is best suited for you. You can purse MBA from National Institute of Business Management, Chennai web:www.nibmglobal.com
MBA courses offered by NIBM, Chennai: MBA (Technology Management), MBA (Banking and Finance Management), MBA (Customer Relationship Management), MBA (Financial Services), MBA (Marketing), MBA (Project Management), MBA (Human Resources Management), MBA (International Business ), MBA (Export Management), MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management), MBA (Hospital Management), MBA (Retail Management), MBA (Operations Management), MBA (Supply and Chain Management) etc
wish you all the best ,
Hi Rajendra,
Some of the best colleges for MBA are:

2. Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore
3. XLRI - Xavier School of Management
4. Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow
5. Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi
Dear Rajendra
As you are completed with your graduation now since you want to go for MBA you can go for various B schools, but then to these top B schools you need to crack various exams like CAT, CMAT, MAT XAT etc,so after cracking these you can get the best ones according to your score and you can go for MBA/PGDM courses accordingly
Hi Rajendra,
It's great to see that you want to take another step in your professional life by doing MBA. An MBA will definitely enhance your knowledge and will prepare you for the forever changing business world. It is imperitive that you select a college wisely keeping in mind the quality of education and return on investment.
In order to pursue MBA a candidate need to appear for an entrance exam. The most famous entrance exam for admission in MBA is Common Admission Test (CAT), this exam is conducted by IIMs and the score of CAT is accepted by almost all the other B-Schools in the country.
Other entrance exams apart from CAT are -
- Xaviars Aptitude Test (XAT)
- NMAT by GMAC
- SNAP
- MH- CET
- TISSNET
- MAT
- CMAT
In my opinion, the top B-Schools such as IIMs, FMS, XLRI, SIBM, NMIMS, MDI, IMT, SP Jain etc are better than central universities because of the quality of education, average placement, alumni base and recognition in the industry. The average placement of these colleges is better than central universities.
According to me you should prepare for the above mentioned entrance exams and target the top B-Schools.
