Since it is an online process there is least chance that the date of submission of application form will be extended.Although there can be changes in date of examinations if Covid-19 situation does not gets in control.Take help of any of your friend in submitting the application form before 31st.

Hello Smriti Singh, Till now there is no official news for the extension of date. But incase if the date is extended then it will be announced. If there is lock down in Jabalpur you can fill the form online or if you are not able to fill yourself then you can ask somebody who knows the full processor,but you should fill it before 31 march,as no official news has been declared in regards with date extension of ICAR.

Well, no such information has been provided yet. On official website of ICAR there is no announcement about the extension for submission of application form. You need to fill the form by 31st March by 5.00 pm and payment on same day by 11.00 pm. For further updates stay tuned with the official website
