Yes, you can use the hardcopy of digilocker certificate for getting you admission. But don't use a screenshot instead download your marksheet which will contain the symbol (verified by digilocker) in a pdf format and submit it for your admissions. But digilocker certificate can be provided only when your marksheet wasn't issued by your school. During college admission they will ask you for your original marksheet.
