Hello, As aiims is a central government funded institute no seats in AIIMS are reserved for the students of the particular state. So canditates throughout the country are eligible for AIIMS mbbs seats through NEET. The only eligibilty criteria is a atleast 60%(Gen) and 50%(other categories) in PCBE in 12th boards.
