Twenty minutes per hour compensatory time as per duration of examination will also be allowed to the candidates who are availing the facility of scribe/reader/lab assistant.
According to the information above you should get 1 hour extra if you have more than 40% of disability.
Now, you may not have disability more than 40% or you would not have taken the benefit of the reader's facility.
Next time remember to do the same.

Hello!
As per the management of the National Examination Agency (NTA), candidates with disability of 40 per cent or more can demand supplementary time. The joint exam for engineering consists of two papers of 3 hours each and the aspirants will get 1 hour extra time for each paper.
So, if you didn't get extra time, first, Is your disability 40% or above? Second, Did you ask the invigilators for the extra time? Do confirm these two and get back if you need more assistance.
Hope this helps.
