As of now, no new pattern has been given for the NEET exam. But as the 3 of them are combined, the level may increase slightly. You need to focus more on biology because that will be th major portion, may be even tiebreaker. There's no need to study separately for AIIMS and jipmer but you need to focus. Study chemistry, physics and biology properly. It's not sure whether the difficulty level will increase, but what's the harm in being ready to face so. as of now there is no news for new pattern of questions. however the questions difficulty level is expected to slightly high as aiims and jipmer has also merged in neet exam.
