The IELTS exam results will be declared in 3 to 5 days from the exam date if you have given computer mode or after 13 days if you have given paper based test. There is no delay in the results. If you have not got your results I suggest you talk to the officials. You will find the contact details on the official website. Generally, there will never be any delay.
