According to the previous year’s cut off, the last seat in government medical college in Uttar Pradesh was allotted to a general category candidate scoring 613 marks. The college allotted was Government Medical College, Jaunpur.
Looking at the cut off trend, you have low chances of getting a government medical college in Uttar Pradesh, or in any other state, based on your score and category.

However, you can easily get the following private medical colleges in UP-

Subharti Medical College, Meerut

School of Medical Sciences, Sharda University

Muzzafarnagar Medical College

Rohilkhand Medical College

Heritage Institute of Medical Sciences

Please note that the cut off changes every year depending on various factors such as category of the student, number of students attempting the paper, number of newly opened colleges etc.

Dear aspirant

As NEET results are yet to be declared and ranks are not out so it's very hard to tell exactly about your chances. NEET result is scheduled to be released on sept 7.

If we talk about Uttar Pradesh state counseling cut off marks for Gen category in NEET 2021 was AIR 18298 ( 602+ marks approx) after second round of counseling. Whereas as in NEET 2020 cut off marks for Gen category was AIR 16646 and 607 marks.

Last two year cut off trends are above and you can see clearly that cut off marks are almost 600+ marks for Gen to get govt MBBS college in uttar pradesh state quota counseling.

Although you are not also so far away you are only 5-10 marks behind from this and as till now results haven't been declared so saying anything confirm would be wrong. You might have chances if the ranks don't get bad from last year at your expected marks.

If your all india rank in NEET 2022 stays below 20k then you might have good chances to get admission in govt MBBS either in up state counseling or AIQ counseling.
