Hello Shubham as per your query i would like to tell you cutoff vary every year based On the difficulty level of the paper. Going to the previous year trend for sc candidates a MBBS seat is obtained around in 460+marks. With 450 marks there is a chances for getting a seat in government medical college through all india quota. But for safer side try to score 470+marks.

Hope it helps

There is a pretty narrow chance. However your actual rank score might fetch you a better probability.
