Hello,
The importance of class 12th board result or marks is always a matter of debate. Different people have different opinion about the importance of Class 12th marks or result in the career and life of a student.
In some government jobs, though graduation is the main criteria for many posts, still there are posts where recruiting bodies seek for intermediate pass candidates. In that case, pass in 12th is mandatory and a percentage criterion is also there. In some reputed government companies, there is a basic eligibility criterion for 12th and graduation after which you will be able to fill the form (of recruitment process).Though getting through big MNCs need a good deal of skill knowledge, but the first and foremost criteria is Class 12thmarks and percentage. While some ask for a minimum 60 per cent, some others even demand as high as 80 per cent besides affluent academics in graduation.
However, as you will gain experience then the importance of 12th marks keeps on decreasing.
Thank you
