Yes,Delhi University offers admissions into their UG courses through both merit-based and entrance test based short listing.Selection of candidates who apply for courses which comes under DUET(Entrance exam)is done on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam.Check for the courses which comes under the DUET category in their official website.
