89 percentile is a decent percentile but it is hard to tell exactly whether you will be able to qualify or not because it would depend on the no. of students appearing. Its depends on your rank
Candidate must score qualifying marks in JEE Main 2019 Paper 1 to be among the top 2,24,000 eligible for JEE Advanced 2019.

The nta hasn't released the cutoff officially but according to our prediction this year the cutoff would go around 85 for general.
So, you are definitely qualified for JEE advance.
