If we consider the previous year cutoff then according to it you cannot get CEG as for general category it's cutoff was around 64 so you can see you can't make it, but you can get PSG as it's last year cutoff for general category was around 61 so you can go for it.

dear aspirant,hope you are doing well. Now coming to your question as per the previous year score and cutoff,chances are medicore to minimal tthat you might land up getting admission in CEG or PSG college under the open category.But i suggest you to look for some other good colleges in order to have a backup.
