Studying more books is always advantageous.
But don't just buy them and keep it.
You have to study them.
Now sometimes students try to read every book and they follow is following process:
They get the recommendation of a book.
They buy it.
Then the read some of their pages and then don't read them ever again.
Now this process is not that healthy..
If you have finished your text book go through one reference book and then if you are finished with it buy another one.
And different books use different symbols so don't get confused there .follow one convention only
