Hi Nitish ! It's a very common problem among many candidates . So don't demotivate yourself & come up from that fear of inconfidence by reading English newspaper on daily basis.I will recommend Such as Times of India , Telegraph. Stand  infront of mirror & talk to youself related to any topic such as introduce youself, etc. Try to talk to yo friend in english or try to reply most of the messages in english if possible , Watch english movies as much as possible etc can be added advantage

Hi Nitesh! It's a common problem among candidates. To improve your written language skills, read newspapers and magazines. No matter how cliche it may sound, this is one of the most helpful methods. For improving spoken English, it's best to speak with your friends to grasp it. You may fumble initially but don't worry about that. You may also speak infront of mirror to check your body language. Refer dictionary and thesaurus for the correct diction and pronunciation. Watch English channels, especially news channels regularly.

Don't worry Nitesh. Firstly there is nothing to be ashamed of if you can't speak in fluent English. But as you know, the design of b-school selection mainly depends on your hold of the language as it is the common language of communication with business associates across the world, especially some Asian and European countries. As suggested, the more you speak, more you'll be able to get a grip over spoken English. Make it a habit of speaking at least for an hour with your friends. You can discuss any current affairs topic or any topic of your interest. You can join the interview preparatory classes of coaching institutes also. Another interesting way to get a hold on speaking is watching different English series. With the boon of internet and affordable data plans, you can get access to unlimited content. You can watch the house of cards, one of the best series I've watched or the big bang theory (something light and funny) or choose anything you prefer.
