Hi,
According to the pattern of CBSE , the final percentage of class 12 will be based on the English plus best four subjects. If you get more win biology that marks will be added instead of mathematics.
If you want to pursue a subject related to biology field your biology marks will be added as aggregate marks whereas if you opt for Maths subject ,maths subject marks will be added.
It depends upon the desired field and the percentage of your class 12 will be of English plus best four subjects.
On the marksheet there will be no mention of additional and main subjects , you will calculate your marks according to the above criteria.

Best Wishes
