diploma candidates are eligible for applying to courses where 12th course or equivalent course like diploma is allowed. generally the equivalent certificates are generated from board of higher secondary education or directorate of education committee of any particular state. but in official website of  utterakhand board of school education , there is no mention of equivalent certificate. so it would be best to contact in person or you may contact with the below address:
