No, it won't stand same value as a B.tech degree but HCL has collaborated with BITS Pilani to offer higher employability programs to HCL TechBee scholars. These are Work Integrated Learning Programs (WILP) customized and developed specifically with a focus on the specific technical requirements of HCL Technologies.
Under this HCL Techbee programme for career in IT, you will get a job, a degree and continued remuneration within 5 years of completing your schooling.
So, basically  in just 5 years time, you will have 4 years of professional IT experience with a global organization and a degree from a prestigious institution like BITS, Pilani.
