He sir my percentile in du jat is 48 and my best 4 is 82.5. I am from general category. Will I be applicable for bbe?

Considering your class 12th merit, percentile in DUJAT 2019 and category status, It may not be possible for you to get admission in courses offered under DU JAT that are BMS/BBE/BFIA. Reason being, the results have been sky high with 100 percentiles. Also your class 12th percentage is not strong enough to cover your entrance score.
But you can definitely look forward to some good private colleges/Universities offering admissions in these respective courses.
