Hi Aspirant,
It is tough to score 100 as it means you need to be perfect.
Understand the concepts and make NCERT and RD SHARMA your friends.
Practice a lot of questions and avoid silly mistakes.To remove that exam panic,learn to take the pressure in a positive way.
