You have not mentioned which polytechnic college you are talking about, You have not mentioned city or state as well. Generally the college teaches in both hindi and english. In polytechnic colleges, generally the state language in English is preferred.

But am ask a government polytechnic college in Lucknow.....is their teacher is teaching in which language English or Hindi.....you tell that..
