Going by previous All India cut offs and your rank, you may have chances in  Colleges like:

SN Medical College: Anatomy

Bidar Institute of Medical Sciences: Bio Chemsitry

Sangli Medical College: Microbiology

Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences: Forensic Medicine

KMC: Physiology

Paediatrics is tad tough with this rank. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, difficulty of the exam, and no.of seats available for each specialisation. With an All india ranking of 68000 in NEET PG, you have very little chances of getting DNB pediatrics (ortho). But the cutoff for DNB colleges in the case of SC/ST categories can vary very much every year, so you might have a chance.
