Hello Sree,

In order to write good literature review I would suggest you to follow steps given below:

1) Collect research papers related to your project topic from good journals such as IEEE, elesevier, Springer etc. The final output should be similar for those papers as that of your project , however the methodology of implementation may be different.( For e.g Algorithms used)

2) Read those research papers keenly and note down the important distinguishing points for  methodology of implementation for every paper. Absracts given at the beginning of paper may also help you but don't copy them as it is , write your understanding in your own words.

3) Write down pros and cons of every paper.

4) Prepare proper table having various fields such as methodology , advantages, disadvantages so that it can help you in presentations as well as documentation.
