see it should not be a good option to change from cbse, since cbse is centralized board many competitive exams like jee main, icar, neet syllabus is closely related and matches with cbse 12th standard syllabus, so just your coaching class mates are from different board you should not change your board and since already one year of 11th course is completed. if possible you may change your batch to more similar batches of your current coaching institute.

First and foremost thing is that you should never follow others opinion.Remember this as this would help you later in life too.
Now, coming to your question if you would change you board after completing 11th then that would be a very foolish move and this will create lot of unwanted tensions for you.You joined the coaching to study for IIT JEE and not pay attention to others opinions,don't waste time in these kind of discussions in coaching .You should continue with CBSE as you have already completed 11th with it and i am assuming that you have completed your 10th with cbse too..Boards don't matter when it comes to jee,just complete your syllabus.Trust yourself and just study hard, don't think about anything other than that.I will not go on to pros and cons of rbse, i would simply suggest you to continue with CBSE.
