hello, agar kisi ne abhi regular college m apply kr diya h or uska admission ho gya h but wo baad m ncweb se krna chahta h toh kya wo ncweb m apna transfer krwa sakta h??

Yeah! You can take admission in NCWEB but you have to cancel your admission to the regular college then only you will be granted admission. To cancel your admission you have to contact the college authority and they will guide you out about the cancellation of the admission. For this case, your admission fee may not be refunded entirely but some portions of it may be deducted as per the policy of the college. But you can take admission in some place else, there will be no problem.
