There are chances that your application might get rejected because it is mentioned that the photograph should be without cap, spectacles and both ears should be visible but it does not mention that the application will be rejected or not. It is mentioned that applications without date printed on the photograph will be rejected but it is not mentioned that photograph with spectacles will be rejected or not.
