19- 25 Years

The candidate belonging to age group of 19- 25 Years i.e. they are born not earlier than January 2, 1995 and not later than January 1, 2001.

So, i think you are eligible as your dob is 11/07/1995.

But everywhere they are mentioning 19 to 25 years along with not born before 2 july 1996. So this is confusing. Because both the things are different. So kindly clarify.
