As per your NEET marks which is 147 you won't be able to get Admission in any medical college. If MBBS/BDS etc is your passion and you want to work in this field I'll recommend you to take a year drop and prepare for NEET 2021 and score good marks in order to be eligible for admission in various medical colleges. For whatever reason if you can't take a year drop then there are others medical courses as well which do not require your NEET score such as biotechnologist, microbiologist, occupational therapist etc. To know more about such courses you can refer to the link below

My recommendation to you would be to take a year drop and prepare thoroughly for your NEET 2021. People do take multiple tries to crack NEET and it's not a bad thing If you couldn't clear it in your first few tries. If medical is your passion then you should definitely work hard for it.
