First of all congratulations for scoring such a decent score in the 12th science stream.

But I think your question is incomplete because you've not mentioned the course you want to get admission in. It is also creating issues in answering because we are not sure that if you are sticking to the science stream or not.

As far as I know that the cutoff is usually a hit lower for the science stream not that lower but just 3-4% lower than that high cutoff course B.com, B.Com Hons. Courses. However, in South campus colleges there are more chances.

But still, you can apply to these targeted colleges. However, the North campus is better in many terms:

• Gargi College (South campus)
• Miranda house
• Indraprastha College for Women
• Hansraj college
• Hindu college
• St. Stephen's college
• Kirori mal College
• Ramjas College
• Lady Shri ram college for women (south campus)

Since you got 94%, it's a really great score first of all but honestly its not enough to get admission in the north campus of Delhi University.

It also depends on the subject you want to take up. Like the percentage cutoff for Botany, zoology, chemistry are a bit lower than other subjects like mathematics and computer science. Moreover, the cut offs are not announced, so you never know .
But according to me , on the basis of past year's cut offs you can get a decent college in Delhi University if not north campus. There are many other good colleges as well.
If you're from any reserved category, then you have better chances.
