Hello student. In general. State quota is a category that is given in that state for that state people. For example admission in tamilnadu, usually 3 categories, AIR all india rank, state quota as in that particular state and in some institutions, particular region as in chennai etc
So when you need admission in college in some other state, you come into the category of other state or all india rank
