there is no scene for decrease in marks. In every round of counselling cutoff rank range will increase. Increase factor is very less. it increase in some streams  and  in some may not if seats for that stream is filled. Mop up round is last round of counselling and last chance to get an admission.

cutoff list from college will be released during counselling process. keep checking updates.
