Hello! can you clear that the registration fee we paid is for BC-E is 200/- so the counseling fee is also same or else we have to pay again some other amount like 700/- for counseling also or else registration fee is same as counseling once we paid 200/- so we don't need to pay again? clear it plzz

i was supposed to pay the fee of 3rd semester but mistakenly paid of 3rd year the amount was same and i tried to contact the ncweb department but they are not picking up the call.however the class representative is saying it will get merge further so you dont need to pay it again but m confused
