Based on your rank there is rare chance to get a good government college. But you can apply for certain government college:

1. Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur

2. Lucknow University

3. Bundelkhand University Jhansi

4 . Rajkiya Engineering College Kannauj

5. Rajkiya Engineering College Sohnbhadra

These are the government Colleges where you may get chance based on your rank. You can also apply for private Colleges. You can get admission in these private Colleges:

1. Inderprastha Engineering College Ghaziabad

Dear your rank is not so good as i can see that based upon previous years cut off and trends it is not possible to get a govt. college.But you can get colleges like United college of engineering and research,Greater Noida,Dr Ram Manohar Lohia avadh university,Azad Institute of engineering and technology,etc.These all are private institutes.So you can get these private colleges and can start your engineering.
