Nice to see that you are willing to prepare for UPSC , it's great now come to the point,dharmendra sir is really awesome for philosophy optional,in my vie he is in top teacher, undoubtedly he is great and you will be know that also when you will contact him ,he is so polite and kind behaviour,clear every concept,do hardwork you will surely acheive your dreams.
