Hello everyone i got only 52 % in pcm 12th and unfortunately i got 82079 rank in upsee can you please tell me which clg is best for me btech

With this rank it will be very difficult for you to get admission in any government college through upsee if you are from general category. If you are from some other category even then getting a good branch will be very difficult. However, you can try for the private colleges where you might get a good branch. Hope this helps.
