COMEDK is Undergraduate Entrance Test and it is a state-level entrance exam conducted by the Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka. The exam is a gateway for admissions to engineering and architecture courses offered by more than 120 colleges/institutes that accept comedk scores and it is only accept in karnataka and it will be not accepted in bihar.

see based on comedk uget score admission in karnataka states engineering colleges is done. so if you want to study in bihar engineering colleges you have to appear in jee main or bihar engineering , agriculture, pharmacy entrance test bcece. however if you want to relocate to karnataka than you may appear in comedk counselling process. you did not mention which of the stream you want to pursue. based on previous years score you have chances in below mention colleges as general merit category,

BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, mechanical, chemical

Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore, biotechnology, Industrial engineering

PES Institute of Technology, Bangalore South Campus, Bangalore, electronics and communication engineering

Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, electronics and communication engineering.
