As far as full fledged B.Tech. in Artificial Intelligence(AI), there are only two engineering institutes which offers such program.
- IIT-Hyderabad
- G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur (GHRCE)
IIT-Hyderabad is the first institute to offer B.Tech. in AI. They had started this program from 2019–20 onwards.
Following the footstep of IIT-Hyderabad, G.H. Raisoni College of Engineering too offers the similar program from academic year 2019–20. Thus becoming the first private engineering institute to offer B.Tech. in AI.
GHRCE is an autonomous institute in Nagpur re-accredited by NAAC with “A+” grade. In the recent ranking for 2019 published by NIRF, it is ranked 111 out of 200 across India.
In Maharashtra, its in top 25 and ranked at 10th position.

Hi Mohit,
Instead making direct plunge to Artificial Intelligence it would be much better if you first learn the basis of all this which is computer science. If you wish to pursue your career in artificial intelligence you can do your B.Tech from Computer Science or Computer Science allied stream and then pursue masters in it.
