Yes, people who have done diploma are also eligible to do BTech in computer science and engineering. You would have to tak e admission through lateral entry into second year directly. This also means that you would not be eligible to get admission into top colleges like IIT, nit or IIIT as these colleges do not offer lateral entry into BTech courses. Eligibility : Min 50% or equivalent CGPA is required in diploma level.
Entrance test: state level( WBJEE JELET, AP ECET, UPSEE etc)
