Hi There,
The qualifying percentile for JEE mains for general category is 50 and for SC ST is 40.
You are definitely qualified. For getting admission in a night is an IIT the safe rank is you have to score Minimum 9000 or below in sc category. It means that you have to get a rank of 150-160k. That is you have to score percentile in between 85 and 90.
Since your score is less than that it will be difficult for you to get into NITs or IIT. But cut off scan very every year based on factors like :
Number of candidates appeared for exam
Availability of seats
Difficulty of exam
Previous year cut off trends
In 2021 the cutoff percentage for SC category was 46.9. it was 54 in 2019.
Hence it can't be predicted that whether you will get admission or not.
