The name and the date of birth of the applicant on the passport size photograph is not necessary but for post card size photograph it is preferable to display the name and date of photograph taken on that said it is not mandatory to mention the name and date of photograph taken but it is preferred. The photograph and the passport size photograph must be taken recently with 80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background. Photograph should not be with cap or goggles. NEET 2021 application form will be available today after 5 PM. You need to keep following details before applying for NEET UG 2021

• Valid Mobile Number and Email Address

• Class 10 details and Class 12 details (Marksheet, certificate, roll number, school address, and other details)

• Aadhaar number (last 4 digits only)

• Class 12 Roll number issued by the Board/Election Card (EPIC No.), Passport Number, ration card number, bank account or any other valid Govt. identity number

• Scanned images of passport-size photograph, signature, left-hand thumb impression and postcard size photograph

• Credit/Debit card, Net Banking and UPI payment gateway details (for online payment)
