First of all I will say that never lose hope. Though you cannot get MBBS with this score in government colleges but you can go for BDS in government colleges. You can also try for the government quota seats of private colleges. Not only in your state but also in some other states like Karnataka. If you want only a seat in government college then you may drop and prepare. You will definitely score much better next year. I will recommend you to try for the government quota seats of private colleges. The fees of those seats are not much like normal seats.
