It's depend on the toughness level of JEE advance paper. It's toughness level varies year to year. So I am telling you that If paper was tough then you will get admission in IIT other wise you can't able to get admission in any IIT with this marks.

In 2016 110 scorer students get admission into iit,but In 2017 cutoff was increased upto 128 out of 360. So no one can determine your rank on previous year cutoff specially in IIT-JEE .
