59 percentile score is not sufficient to get any of nits; IIITs or GFTI s..
As there are only near about 17 thousand seats and competition is very tough ; so with this rank it will be not possible.( You understand it why i am saying this ).
So you have to take drop otherwise you have to go in city college based on your 12 the percentage marks.
