hello frnds i am appearing in jee main 2017 ..i have scored 178 marks ...will i got seat through josaa if i got less than 75% in boards ....

U will not get in  into  any  GFTIs  and NITs  but surely others  like  thapar  and  maybe COEP  pune  too best if luck

There's  minimum board percentage required for getting admissions you can check jee official site for that. For general its 75% for other categories not so sure. The best to you.
