Hello... guy's. Mera graduation final year ka result abhi tk nhi aya hai to kiya meri UPSEE counselling ho sakti hai??? Me kiya karo??

Hello dharm,

yes you can apply for counsellin as you are in graduation final year just ask from your college or uiversity slip which you can show during counsellling and they will accept it in initial stages, but before final procedure you may hae to present final passing certificate.
