The scope is high  as  the world is moving towards automation and wireless. coming to your question, there is path for everything. You are doing diploma now you ave to do Bachelors degree first then you are eligible to masters. with out bachelors no institute will give you admission.

If you have any college where you are interested then you can go and check for the eligibily criteria for a masters degree. If you get assured then look for bachelors degree and take an admission with process and go for masters and create your career.  This is the way or path  for any stream.
