thanks for asking your query,to generate anti ragging certificate download it from the ipu official site then go to the near by court area and buy affidavit form and the rest of the details would be done by the notary ,hence by this way your certificate would be generated .

Hello, the procedure is given below :
- Go to website Anti Ragging | Ragging in college | Anti Ragging Affidavit .
- Click on section where this is written “click here to download your anti ragging Undertaking.”
- Fill in the details by clicking “Next”.
- Agree to the statements written at the end by clicking on checkboxes.
- Submit it. “Success!” message will be shown.
- Your Undertaking will be mailed to you on your email address. which you had provided while you were filling the details.
If this website don't work and you don't get your affidavit in your email inbox
then go to website Aman Movement
- Click on menu.
- Click “Ragging > Online affidavit > Fill online Affidavit”
- Click “next, continue” whatever is given. fill details.
- Check your Email Inbox.
