Hello Aspirant,
No you are not eligible for CDS 2 2020 as it is going to be held in November 2020 and you are going to complete your 25 years on August 11th 2020.
Let's have a look at CDS eligibility criteria :-
It clearly says that unmarried or widowed male/female should not be younger than 19 years and not be older than 25 years and permitted years are from July 1994 to July 1999.
